Bespoke Training
Christina has developed a Neurodiversity Training Programme which can be delivered into your company either online or face to face. She can tailor the programme to your company, and address specific questions you may have as a company.
The training is 4 hours long and includes the following sessions:
It educates participants about different neurodivergent conditions like autism, ADHD and dyslexia, reducing stigma and fostering empathy.

Ultimately, neurodiversity training is designed to create a more inclusive and accepting workplace culture that leverages the unique strengths and talents of neurodivergent individuals, leading to a more diverse and innovative workforce.
The training also address the Legal Considerations. In some instances, the nature of the condition can qualify as a disability for the purpose of the Equality Act 2010. Christina can work with companies to ensure they are compliant.
