See What Our Clients Say
“When I had my training with Christina I found it to be an ‘eye opening’ experience, I found out a lot about myself that was maybe a bit hidden beneath the surface.Jon Plumb
This was an experience I wasn’t expecting but I’m so pleased it happened. I’m now a better version of myself and am able and willing to help others that previously I would have steered away from. Many thanks to Christina and the Sanitashub team for the wonderful service you provide.”
Bespoke Workshops & Webinars
At Sanitas Hub, we can offer our services remotely online or face to face. We have offices in London and Birmingham but can also work across the UK at a venue of your choice. Furthermore, our mental wellbeing courses are based on professional research. They are designed to advise and inform how your organisation can effectively support mental health issues.
Our educational courses play an important role in teaching people how to identify when someone is struggling. In addition to this, we want to help make a positive change towards mental wellbeing. By promoting awareness and challenging the stigma which surrounds it, we hope you find the confidence to help others and yourself.
